Okay, Pre-K students and parents:
I know that one of your assigned books is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. Some of you are even reading the Spanish version, La oruga muy hambrienta. What do you think about going to see a play of The Very Hungry Caterpillar? I noticed in the Athens paper today that The Very Hungry Caterpillar is coming to the Classic Center! Maybe we could talk to the Pre-K teachers about setting up a field trip for us....Tickets seem reasonable--$4/child. Gas shouldn't be too bad since we're only going 30 minutes away. I'm sure Ms. Carmen would be happy to drive one of the busses....
