Hello 1st graders (and parents)! I hope you're having a wonderful summer! Can you believe that you're going to be first graders in just a few weeks? I know that you've enjoyed reading Flat Stanley, the first book you'll read as a first grader. I love the book Flat Stanley so much that I've even read the Spanish version, Stanley el Plano. When I read Flat Stanley, I sent my Stanley to a little town in Alabama. Last year's first graders sent one Stanley to Iraq, another to the White House, and all sorts of other places!
I'm curious...where will you send your Flat Stanley? I'll be watching and waiting for your response :)
